Pricing · custom development

Fixed scope. Fixed price. Quoted up front.

Every engagement is quoted after a free scope call, because a real number needs a real scope. Where a figure is shown below, that is where the work starts. Rescue work is quoted after an assessment: I'm not going to put a floor on someone else's codebase before I've read it.

Founding-client rates. These are below what this work costs elsewhere, because there are no client case studies behind them yet, only the foundations, the tests, and code you can read. That is a real trade, and it is priced like one. The rates go up once the case studies exist.

Payment schedule

You never pay for work you haven't seen.

A fixed quote doesn't mean a leap of faith. The quote is paid milestone by milestone, and your exposure is never more than the milestone in front of you.

01
The scope call sets the milestones

The fixed quote is split into milestones, each with named deliverables you can run and review.

02
Pay as each milestone lands

A milestone is invoiced when its deliverables are in your hands — not before the work exists.

03
Stop at any milestone

If it isn't working out, walk away with the full source of everything you've paid for.

04
No retainer, no surprise invoice

The number agreed is the number billed. If scope changes, I re-quote and you decide.

What “you own the code” means here

You receive the full source of your product, including the foundation it runs on, with a perpetual license to run, host, and modify it for your business. The foundation IP remains mine: you may not redistribute the foundation source or use it to build new products. Your product, your data, your infrastructure. No ongoing fees, no lock-in.

Build it once.
Scale on it.

Tell me what you're building, or what your AI-built MVP is struggling with. I reply within 24 hours with an honest read.
