You can delete your SubTrack account and data at any time, directly from within the app — no request form, no waiting on us.
How to delete your account
- —Open SubTrack and sign in
- —Go to Settings → Account
- —Tap Delete Account and confirm
What happens next
- —Your account is deactivated immediately — you can no longer log in
- —Your personal data, including subscription and financial records, is permanently and irreversibly purged within 30 days
- —Audit log entries are anonymized (your identity removed); the anonymized records are retained up to 2 years for security purposes
- —Deleting your SubTrack account does not cancel an active App Store or Play Store subscription — cancel that separately through Apple or Google to stop future billing
