By creating an account or using SubTrack ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account Registration
- —You must provide a valid email address
- —You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- —You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- —Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred
Subscriptions and Purchases
- —SubTrack offers paid subscription tiers managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- —Subscription price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before purchase
- —Purchases are managed and billed by the platform (Apple or Google), not directly by us
- —Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which you purchased
- —Deleting your SubTrack account does not cancel an active App Store or Play Store subscription — you must cancel it separately through Apple or Google to stop future billing
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- —Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- —Interfere with the service or its infrastructure
- —Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy any part of the service
- —Use the service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
Account Termination and Deletion
- —You may delete your account at any time from within the app
- —Upon deletion, your account is immediately deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in
- —Your personal data is permanently and irreversibly purged within 30 days of the deletion request
- —Audit log entries are anonymized (your identity is removed) but the log records themselves are retained for up to 2 years for security purposes
Service Availability
- —We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service
- —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service, or your account, with reasonable notice
- —We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe it is necessary to address abuse, fraud, a security threat, or a legal or regulatory requirement
- —Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible
No Financial Advice
SubTrack is a subscription-tracking and spend-visibility tool. Nothing in the service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we are not a financial institution. Any spend insights, summaries, or projections are provided for informational purposes only, based on the information you enter into or otherwise provide to SubTrack, and you should not rely on them as the basis for any financial decision without independent verification.
Intellectual Property
- —All content, code, and materials in the service are owned by us or our licensors
- —You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Changes to These Terms
We will notify users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
